The Student and Faculty Member Exchange Program between Higher Education Institutions, which is briefly called "Farabi Exchange Program", is a student and faculty exchange program between higher education institutions that provide education-training at the associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels within the body of universities and high technology institutes.
Associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students studying at higher education institutions that provide formal education within the borders of Turkey, and all faculty members except the ones among administrative personnel may benefit from the Farabi program.
